At Tizjana Meta, we aim to provide exceptional value through our courses and ensure a positive learning experience for all our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds are required. Below is our refund policy tailored for course purchases:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for courses that have not been accessed, downloaded, or started.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be granted for requests made after this period.
- Courses purchased during promotional or discounted periods are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
- If you have accessed more than 10% of the course content, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds are not available for completed courses or certifications issued.
- Custom or private training sessions (e.g., one-on-one coaching) are non-refundable unless agreed upon otherwise in writing.
3. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, please email us at mtizjana@gmail.com with the following details:
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).
- The reason for your refund request.
- Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Course Cancellations
- If a course is canceled by Tizjana Meta due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an option to enroll in an equivalent course.
- Refunds for cancellations initiated by the student will follow the terms outlined above.
